Our space is designed to cater to your unique beauty needs with precision, personalization, and care. To maintain the exclusivity and serenity of your experience, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

NO guest policy:

Your reservation at The Arch Queen is a private and luxurious escape. We kindly request that all guests arrive unaccompanied. This ensures that we maintain the peaceful, intimate environment necessary for your customized service. Any additional persons, including children, pets, friends, or family members, will not be allowed to enter the studio. We thank you for respecting the exclusivity of your appointment.

Deposits

To secure your reservation at The Arch Queen, a nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is an assurance of your commitment and will be seamlessly applied to the total cost of your service during your reserved session.

Kindly note that all deposits are final and nonrefundable. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. No-shows will be permanently restricted from making future reservations. Should you need to make a same-day cancellation, please notify us via text immediately: your deposit will serve as your cancellation fee.

Cancellations & No-Shows

At The Arch Queen, our time is exclusively reserved for each guest to ensure a luxurious, uninterrupted experience. For this reason, no-shows or last-minute cancellations compromise our ability to serve others. If you are unable to attend your scheduled reservation, please contact us directly as soon as possible. Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made within the 24-hour window to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.

Payments

For your convenience, we accept Cash and Zelle as our exclusive payment methods.

We kindly request that payments are settled prior to the time of service.

Please note that no other forms of payment will be accepted.

Tardiness

Your punctuality is key to maintaining the integrity of our carefully scheduled day. To ensure the full benefit of your service, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. Should you be running late, please send a courteous text message to inform us.

We offer a 10-minute grace period for all reservations. If you arrive more than 10 minutes beyond your scheduled time, we regret that your reservation will be canceled, and your deposit forfeited. No exceptions will be made to this policy, as we aim to honor the time of every guest.

Pre-Reservation

To ensure the most impeccable results from your brow service, we kindly request that you arrive with clean, makeup-free brows. This allows us to fully customize your treatment and provide you with a flawless, uninterrupted experience.

Please refrain from applying any products, including makeup, lotions, or oils, to the brow area on the day of your reservation. This ensures the best outcome and allows us to begin your service promptly.

Waxing guidelines:

If you are using any of the following medications, you cannot be waxed at the time of your appointment:

Tretinoin

Differin

Retin-a

Tazarothene

Adapalene

Allustra

Avage

Isotretinoin

Please note that waxing does have certain side effects such as skin removal, redness, swelling, tenderness, etc.

You may experience skin sensitivity/thinning, which can result in skin lifting, from the following contraindications:

Pregnancy

Menstruations

Sunburned skin

Antibiotics

Retinol
